Cancellation Policy

48-Hour Cancellation Policy & Credit Card on File Agreement

At Suchaya Thai Massage, we respect your time and the time of our therapists. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we require 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule.

Policy:

• Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service amount.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service amount.

• A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. The card on file may be charged for the scheduled service in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

• Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a prepayment requirement for future bookings or limited scheduling privileges.

By scheduling an appointment and providing your credit card, you agree to the terms of this policy and authorize Suchaya Thai Massage to charge your card for the appropriate cancellation or no-show fee.

Same Day Booking & Cancellation Policy

We gladly accept same day bookings based on availability. To ensure the best experience for every client, please review our same-day policy below:

Same Day Bookings:

• Same-day appointments are welcome when our schedule allows.

• A valid credit card is required to reserve your same day appointment.

• Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may result in reduced session time.

Cancellations & No-Shows:

• Same day appointments cannot be cancelled or rescheduled once confirmed.

• Cancellations, reschedules, or missed appointments on the same day will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

• This policy helps us honor the time reserved for you and our therapists’ schedules.
