By joining the Thailand Luxury Cultural Journey (October 10–20, 2026), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that international travel and activities such as sightseeing, boat tours, snorkeling, and walking tours involve some risk.

I agree to take full responsibility for my own health, safety, and personal belongings during the trip.

I release and hold harmless Suchaya Thai Massage / Trip Organizer, tour guides, partners, and affiliates from any responsibility for injury, illness, loss, delay, or unforeseen events during the trip.

I confirm that I am physically able to participate in all planned activities.

I understand that medical care and standards may be different from those in my home country.

I acknowledge that travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and travel delays.

I understand that the itinerary may change due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond control.

I acknowledge that the 50% deposit is non-refundable, and no refunds will be provided for unused services or early departure.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
